Med Steel Factory

The Steel factory is situated in Kushtaba Erbil with area of 625000 m² as shown in picture below. The factory has been designed to have the production capacity of 2500 ton / day, with all proper permissions obtained from the government. The factory will produce hot formed steel profiles with different thicknesses. The location of the steel factory is situated in one of the best areas in Kurdistan since it is approximately 30 minutes away from center Erbil and 4 Km off the main highway to Kirkuk and the rest of Iraq, it is one of the areas that link Kurdistan and Iraq. Our government license include the capacity to extend the project to accommodate a 1000 MW power plant.

In according to the government inspection report the finished percentage of the project is 50 %, all materials for the facilities are available on site including the melting steel furnace, as well as all buildings steel and equipment to be installed are available on site.
The company that finished the 50% of the work is a special Turkish construction company that has constructed many similar projects. The project design and construction is according to the ASTM standards.
